Jack in the Box + Snoop Dogg = Dogg in tha Box
Now, midnight Munchie Meals are official.
Welcome to the first full week of July. We hope your July 4th went well—we enjoyed a long weekend ourselves. Let’s see what the brands got up to.
Jack in the Box and Snoop Dogg’s Munchie Meal Collaboration
For summer, Jack in the Box and Snoop Dogg partnered to bring consumers “Snizzacks and Sidez from Curleez to Jalepenizzle Poppers, to Bizurgers like the D-O-Double-Jack and Tasy Mothercluckers (Jack’s famous chicken sandwiches).” Customers could visit the Dogg in tha Box pop-up June 29 – July 2 in Inglewood, CA. And for those who missed the pop-up, the Snoop’s Munchie Meal is still available nationwide through August 6.
Bud Light & Dylan Mulvaney Update
Influencer Dylan Mulvaney released a statement lamenting Bud Light’s lack of support when its client base turned on her. And in the melee since the collaboration, Modelo has usurped Bud Light’s throne as the best-selling beer in America.
Comedian Ken Jeong Helps Cottonelle Find ‘Assvertisers’
Cottonelle is leaning into user-generated content (UGC) with a contest to select four brand ambassadors ("Assvertisers") who will earn $10,000 each. Actor and Comedian Ken Jeong is leading the charge by asking consumers to “get real about down there care.”
Taco Bell and Crocs Want You Comfy
The Taco Bell and Crocs Shoe collaboration is now available nationwide. These “Mellow Slides” allow “your feet to melt into the footbeds” while the Cheesy Gordita Crunch melts on your tongue. The “Live” and “Más” printed on the inside sole of each pair of the Crocs have “added some heat…with every step.”
